Missions Ministry
As a church, we believe God has called us to live out our faith by serving others. At Oakbrook, you can make a difference in the lives of others in a lot of different ways.
Nan-Paul Haiti
The village of Nan-Paul is our partner village in Haiti. We continue to support them in any way we can. In Nan-Paul, the people are hard-working and generous, but they are devastatingly poor. Our support can provide food to people in a country where people starve to death. We can pay the salaries of the teachers in Nan-Paul and accomplish two huge goals - the kids can get an education, which is crucial, and we can provide steady and dignified income for the teachers, who therefore will infuse that income into the local economy.
We have developed a long-term partnership with Pastor Diogene Pierre in Haiti. We believe this relationship is built in both directions. We love to visit Pastor Dio in Haiti, but it’s also important that he visit us here in Green Bay. Haiti’s volatile political situation may make it difficult for us to travel there in the near future, but Pastor Dio can still come to visit us so we can continue building our relationship with him and his ministries.

Church Family
There are also many ways to serve the Oakbrook church family on Sunday mornings.
Here are a few areas you might want to consider:
Ushering: hand out programs, collect Love Gifts, assist with seating
Media: coordinate running the slides during the Sunday service
Sound: adjust the volume and when microphones are turned on and off
Worship Team: sing or play an instrument to help the congregation worship Jesus
Hospitality: make beverages and snacks for the Sunday service
Kid’s Church: serve children in the congregation and point them to Jesus
If you are interested in trying out any of these or other serving opportunities, please contact the Oakbrook office at 920-338-5150.
